What does it all add up to?

Here's the real question:  Does everything you do, every day, help you get closer to the You that you want to be?  Do you even know who that You really is?  This is what we are focusing on in the certification program right now.  Many people come to coaching with some goal in mind:  run a marathon, get a promotion, make more money, that kind of thing.  And these can all be coached.  But what is the bigger agenda?  Who are You when you get a promotion... or run a marathon... or make more money?  That's what coaching is really all about.  Who do you want to become?
